I have been searching for a storage building for a while. I didn’t care for most of the buildings sold at the big box stores. I ended up checking out Tuff Shed in Royce City and was so happy I did. I had a great experience working with Doug from this Tuff Shed store. From start to finish, Doug was incredibly helpful and professional. He responded quickly to all of my emails/calls and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his consistent follow-up—he made sure every detail was addressed and that I was kept in the loop the whole way through. It’s clear that Doug cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!
Walked in and spoke with Doug who made it very simple. Spent about 10 minutes with him and picked out what we wanted. About a week later a crew arrived and installed our shed. It took them a little less than 2 hours and everything looks great.
