Doug out of the Royse City is such an asset to Tuff Shed. He helped us with our shed ramps and even helped with installing them. He goes out of his way to make sure his customers are 100% satisfied. After a quick phone chat, I went out to meet with Doug to discuss options. He walked me through each of their models and explained all the features available. When I told him I needed a slightly different layout, we were able to sit down and configure exactly what I needed within my budget. The installers arrived within a week and were fast and professional. The shed’s quality is amazing - much better than the DIY options I’ve used before. Great job, Tuff Shed.

The buying process was super easy, Doug was very knowledgeable, he showed me my many options, and was never pushy. After I chose the style and colors of my shed, Doug came out to my house and measured and marked off the location. I received my Premier Pro over the weekend and I’m beyond excited to get it organized and full of my outdoor gear. Mr. Doug Alford made ordering and customizing my shed so easy and offered me great deals along with incredible service. Not once did I feel overwhelmed.
