This was our first experience with Tuff Shed. Gina De La Peña in the office was very personable and helpful in our search for the size shed that would work for us. Scheduling went well the installers came late due to car trouble however they communicated well. The paint that they brought was not the correct color but they did go to the shop to get the correct color. Order a shed front Gina at Tuff Shed this lady does not have a clue all we have gotten from her is wrong and bad information stay away at all cost what a simple project has turned into a nightmare should one use Tuff Shed stay away from Gina
We stopped by Tuff Shed to look for a model that fit our needs. Gina De La Peña gladly walked us through the showroom, and pointed out additional features that we liked. Gina walked us through the design process and designed and ordered the perfect lean-to shed for. The process was easy, and Gina was patient and extremely helpful. We look forward to delivery of shed soon.
We had a great experience with our Tuff Shed purchase. Gina did an amazing job explaining the different options available, and was very knowledgeable; she helped guide us through the process, and we are very pleased with the service, and the final product.
Haven't finished the process yet but I had to leave a review because Gina is so amazing. She helped me create my build over the phone and was so flexible with her time even coming in on her day off to make sure that I was satisfied.
