Matthew came to my house today and helped me spec out a 6x14 shed for a newly cleaned area on the side of my house. He was very helpful, and took the time to look at the intended site and answer all of my questions. We then walked through the website "shed builder" and I e-signed and paid before he left. Working with Matthew has been a pleasure. I am recently widowed & need to sell one of our houses that included a 2 story shop with additional outbuildings. Thus the need for a 10x20' shed. We purchased a tuff shed to be a display to take to different home shows. We specifically told them at what height we needed it to be and had them come out to a storage unit to build it inside where we were keeping it. They did not honor the specifications we talked about before and built the tuff shed too tall for it to even come out of the storage unit. Instead of fixing the problem or attempting to go through the warranty, they would rather us pay out of pocket and pay for equipment to try and get it out of the unit. They... read more
