We purchased a tuff shed to be a display to take to different home shows. We specifically told them at what height we needed it to be and had them come out to a storage unit to build it inside where we were keeping it. They did not honor the specifications we talked about before and built the tuff shed too tall for it to even come out of the storage unit. Jack took very good care in understanding what we were looking for, explaining the options and designing exactly what we wanted. He was personable, thorough and knowledgeable. Jack is super helpful and knows about great customer service. I suggest stopping in at his location and seeing the beautiful sheds on site. Built in your backyard makes it super easy
We purchased a 4 X 10 lean to shed. The tuff shed rep was friendly and helpful. A slightly larger lean to was on site so we were able to check it out and get a feel for how it would look. We went through the build with the representative, adding desired options, essentially using the shed building tool on the website. The process was relatively smooth and didn't take very long.
