The whole process of ordering this shed was a pleasure. Terry Baker was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with despite my 4 visits with questions and changes. Once I made up my mind and the order was submitted it was delivered and built in about 10 days. Thanks Terry and Paulo (installer) for a job well done.
This is our 2nd Tuff Shed purchase. When you have a great product, service, warranty, and reputation, you get repeat and loyal customers! We couldn’t be happier with our newest Tuff Shed and Terry at Prescott Valley Tuff Shed store was awesome to work with. Terry answered all our questions, showed us the model we were interested in, and made the rest happen. Delivery and install were on time as promised. Our install guy did a great job, too!
The website is very good with regard to customizing your shed, except for retrieving your saved quote, which needs to be improved. Luckily you can also work with a real human, (rare these days) which i did with Terry, and he was great. Told him how I wanted it configured, which he did, and also showed me some samples, and made me aware of free upgrades also. No high sales pressure. Terry was helpful, knowlegeable, and informative during our shed shopping experience. He helped us make the right decision on which shed we wanted/needed and even caught a mistake we would have regretted with our door placement.
