***Yet another sad update*** After the THIRD no call no show, the manager was unapologetic and told me that, “Nothing was on fire and nobody died and it was not dire for my shed to be fixed right away.”. Unbelievable. Mind completely blown as to why their customer service is this horrible, especially since I’ve been waiting to have these problems fixed since April. Hello. Happy with the purchase. A little more expensive than some but the quality is much better. I have one that was installed 10 years ago on another property and still holding up very well.
