For the 1st. install date was Monday told wrong wall dimensions were printed . setup the install for that Friday . Showed up on time . Job was done in 1 day . they painted 2nd. coat on everything. very pleased with the work & they answered all questions. When city inspector looked at everything he said best shed he has ever seen . Thank You to all Tuff Shed people I talked with very happy with the whole process. Thank You again Mike Williams
Purchased a custom shed. Purchasing was good, paid for through Home Depot. Set up install, which was a joke. Install was switched 3 times with no shows and no calls to reschedule. Could not reach anyone in Livonia or even corporate office. Called multiple sites, emailed multiple sites and no response. Took 3 different days to wait for installer.
