Went up quickly.
Its been a good experience working with Tuff Shed (Craig). Working with the village was the tricky part, but that is no reflection on Tuff Shed. It was easy to get a design set up, price quote, and financing. Its been a very smooth process and they have been attentive throughout the process - always checking in while the permit process was being completed. All in all, its been a very easy and smooth process.
Craig was very help in reviewing our online design and making recommendations together. He also went above and beyond to help me find a local shed tear down guy to get rid of my old shed
Our experience with Tuff Shed was excellent from start to finish. We bought our shed at their location on Northwest Highway in Palatine, and our salesman was Craig Kelly. Craig is a true professional, knows their business well, and provided us with excellent service. He listened to us and matched a model to what we needed. We met with Craig Kelly and had a great experience reviewing the details of building out our shed! Craig was knowledgeable, friendly, and all around easy to work with. I must have asked him about a dozen different questions just about the different upgrade options, and Craig graciously answered all of them with a lot of patience for my curiosity. I highly recommend if you are interested in a shed, you stop by and go talk to Craig!
