Terrible customer service. Turned away with no solution. So rude.
KEVIN BONDS from BONDS BUILDERS LLC did an awesome job today building my Tuff Shed. I would recommend him and his partner to anyone. They were punctual and timely.(4-5hrs) It looks great thank you Tuff Shed and Kevin.
I had a great experience buying a shed through Tuff Shed. The sales rep I worked with, Joe Torres, was consistently very knowledgable and helpful, including coordinating with me on some custom colors. The installation crew was prompt, efficient, and did very clean work.
I came in with a good idea of what I wanted and Levi walked me through all the details. Levi helped me navigate the zoning laws and requirements and was able to help me design the project I had been thinking about for the last 2 years in under an hour.
I can’t recommend Levi enough! He was straightforward, professional, and truly respected my time. He quickly asked what I needed, gave me three solid options, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. No pressure, no weird sales tactics — just honest, efficient service. We were in and out, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience!
