I just finished my 6 Week Challenge and lost 21 lbs! So happy with my results. I always got a great workout at Tuff Girl. If you like a different workout everyday, this is your place. I am looking forward to continuing my success.
In early January I saw an ad on Facebook for the Tuff Girl 6 Week Challenge. Having 2 neighbors who attend the gym, I was familiar with Tuff Girl and decided to take the leap and sign up. I'm so glad I did! I needed the boost to kick start my weight loss. Today was my weigh out and I lost a total of 19 lbs.! I can’t say enough good things about Tuff Girl. I was ready to make a change and the 6 week challenge was my jumping off point. I lost 14lbs during the challenge and now I’m looking to continue my journey. Erica and Madison are extremely supportive and know when to push you to get your best results. You’ll never regret making the change to get healthier and stronger, but I can guarantee you’ll regret not starting sooner.
