I had a very disappointing experience with Josh. He doesn’t seem to understand customer requests and keeps giving the same basic taper cut no matter what style you ask for. Even when I showed him exactly what I wanted, he did something completely different. What made it worse is that I never asked for my mustache to be touched, yet he trimmed it anyway and messed it up pretty badly. A barber should listen to the customer before making changes.
