Dr. Tufano is an outstanding surgeon. Sarasota is blessed to have him. I had thyroid lobectomy a few months back. From my very first appointment with Dr. Tufano through surgery and recovery, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Tufano. He removed a parathyroid gland about a month ago. He made me feel at ease through the whole process. He did a great job, you can barely see the scar and all bloodwork is good now Thank you, Dr. Tufano
After Dr. Tufano's parathyroid surgery I was surprised to see so many improvements in so many things I thought were aging -- I had been slowing down with slow walking, slow thinking, memory, even my gait and balance were getting "old", I thought. A month after the surgery, everything improved. I was quicker mentally and physically, memory was better, and balance and gait returned to normal. Dr Tufano is the best. Very informative, personable, and professional. I had a parathyroid gland removed and you cannot even see the scar. I met someone who had the same thing done in Tampa and she had a terrible scar and was so upset. Apparently you don't know which Dr is doing the surgery until just before. Dr Tufano's team was fabulous!!!
Dr Tofano is both competent and professional in both his communication and surgical skills. I am grateful to have been his patient for the removal of a hyper- parathyroid. Thankyou!
