Dr. Lynn Tuer is amazing, however, the staff today was horrid. What happened? I was invisible before them while they talked and ate a donut while I stood there waiting for a moment to interrupt to ask for an appointment. They continued to talk until I said excuse me, then they stopped. Not sure if I can go thru humiliation each time they are there. I will ask for my appointments to see the doctor when those two are not there at the window (11/16/20 at approx 8:46am).
Dr Lynn Tuer at Huber Heights Animal Hospital is the best vet. I found her when my cat was having ongoing issues and I had been taking her to another vet for breathing problems and being told it was herpes they couldn't fix, just random antibiotics given. I took my cat to Dr. Tuer in an emergency situation for my cat when the other vet was closed. It was a godsend. She did a thorough exam and discovered she had a polyp in her throat. She successfully did a corrective surgery and my cat did great and has been as good as new s... read more

Getting a new puppy i was so worried about where to take him since he is so small, he is a chihuahua only being 3.25lbs . After being refereed here Dr. Tuer took great care of us. She explained EVERYTHING to me so i could understand and didn't make me feel like an idiot when i asked a question. She didn't rush our appointment along she took the time to talk to me and ask about how my puppy is doing and how he has been doing. All staff a the Huber Heights Animal Hospital was great to us.
