Very personal service and the low carb option is fantastic.
The earlier the better if you get biscuits with meat, egg, cheese. I wish they would bake fresh (maybe not as many, unsure how as I do not work there) half through and use the biscuits they baked when first open for gravy & biscuits or pinto beans, etc. Things wont matter much when not as fresh. Use fresh for biscuits with meat, egg, cheese (sandwich like). The later you get those kind biscuits become hard & not very good.
