There was a group of us attending this motel/apartments, around 6 people. Our concerns are with dust mites, we had to buy eucalyptus spray to try and help the situation . Hotel The hot water ran out within one day of the 3 nights that we’re staying an electric blanket was left on in one of the rooms in the beds on arrival & by then noticing when sleep time, it’s very difficult for people with disabilities as they were not aware 100% until it was known.. The duvet didn’t have a cover and was stained. Kinda gross. There was not hot water in the morning. The shower head is fixed in place and was about shoulder height for me (6’ tall) so taller people have to bend to get water on their head. Tv remote appeared to be out of batteries- unable to get tv to work. Not the worst I’ve ever stayed in but these guys need to do better.

Feeling old and outdated. Shower head leaked. Cups needed to be washed to use them. Noisey corner room. Poor room layout. Not even usb charging points in the room.
