Caroline was absolutely wonderful in the planning. She was great to work with and did the coordination on the wedding day as well. Anthony the general manager was great too.
Wow! Our daughter was married and had her reception at the Tudor Arms Hotel. It was perfection! Her fiancé's family is from out-of-town, so having the hotel here made it so much easier. The spaces are breathtaking - they are absolutely beautiful and definitely set the mood. Our event coordinator, Vanessa, went above and beyond to make sure that everything went as the bride and groom wanted. They were sadly very unkind and did not communicate very well. When I did express my concern they did not care. I am glad it happened though because for the money I would of spent there, I found a much better venue at a lower price as well. So thank you for giving me a horrible experience.
Best venue in Cleveland. The whole staff was pleasant and went above and beyond. Caroline is an absolute G and ensured everything went smooth.
