Do not hire this guy. He will talk a good game until he gets your money. After that, you will never hear from him again. I've filed a complaint against him with the New Mexico Bar Association. Those of you who gave him a 1, file a complaint.
I hired Kevin back in August of 2025. He has not done one thing on my case since then. The only communication I got was from his assistant. She informed me that he had been turned into disciplinary board for several other cases. I have emailed and called and he has even blocked my number. I have also turned them into the disciplinary board. He has set my case back for 7 months. If this man does not have time to do his job why is he accepting new clients?
Called June 2025 for reopening custody/visitation case. Talked to Kevin and Raeden before paying. Paid 3500.00 Was told mutiple times the paper was submitted for reopening by RAEDEN LEA witch was a complete lie. I contacted the quay county 10th judicial district Court and they informed me nothing had been submitted. Call the office and it goes straight to voicemail with no return calls made. I found this law firm impossible to communicate with. After an initial yelephone consultation with Kevin inwhich he agreed to represent my contract dispute and we discussed initial steps I never heard from him again. Repeated efforts (some six separate accounts to contact the firm over a period of weeks produced no response. He has set back my case by more than a month and I am extremely disappointed in his failure to contact me.
