I wouldn’t recommend this agency, the Medical Director takes forever to sign orders and it took 8 days to get them to sign my Dads Death Certificate?! Are you kidding me? The Nurses and staff are amazing, but above that, everything moves way too slow for a dying , suffering patient!
These folks came in to care for our Grandfather. They were so kind. They listened to all our concerns and acted accordingly. The Director of Nursing came to do the initial set up and was very sweet. She even gave us her personal cell number in case we felt like we needed her, "day or night." Her staff were great as well. I would recommend them to anyone
