I contacted other tile stores and distributors asking how to order a particular tile. Jordan at Tile Outlet was the only person who took the time to look into it. He took quite alot of his time to contact the tile manufacturer, facilitate the purchase, and set up the shipping. Thank you Jordan.

I found a match for tiles that were installed in my bathroom more than 10 years ago. That's so rare. Furthermore, the guy working there, Jordan, was very helpful and knows the inventory very well. I had gone to other larger tile stores, but never had any success finding my specific tiles. Don't be misled just because the storefront is bigger or the showroom larger somewhere else. Going to Tile Outlet was hitting a DIYers home run for me.

Very helpful staff, lots of choices, and great prices. Needed tiles for a project quickly. We got help from staff and a good deal. Would recommend to others!

I was trying to find a way to move some heavy granite countertops between houses. Jordan walked me through what I would need to do and helped me get what I needed, and the move went perfectly! Thanks for the helpful & friendly service.
