Horrible from start to finish. Basically took almost $2000 from us and we have absolutely nothing to show for it. They contract with an anesthesiologist that doesn't take insurance, even if you have insurance that covers dental sedation. They charge exorbitantly for everything and individualize every service to charge even more (they've made up their own procedure codes that insurance doesn't recognize or cover for services that should be provided as a necessary part of the covered procedure). We really appreciate Dr. Israel! My toddler was very nervous but he took time to build rapport and trust with him before assessing his teeth. Dr. Israel listened to our concerns and gave clear feedback in a way that we felt encouraged and confident in taking care of our children’s teeth. We would definitely recommend him!
The dentists and hygienists are wonderful! Scheduling is unnecessarily (?) complicated though. Only once have I been able to schedule the next appointment when leaving an appointment. I’ve been told to call in to schedule at some point later. When I’ve done that, they’ve been booked for more than several months, and all convenient times have been taken. This most recent time, what should have been my son’s six-month cleaning will be taking place closer to a year later.
After one visit, I'm hooked! Dr. Priya was so sweet with my 2 year old son and made him comfortable with everything she was doing. She also gave me all the information I needed to make informed decisions for my son's dental care. I'm confident that he will get amazing future treatment here. Recommend 100%!
I take my twin toddlers here and they are very good with children.The atmosphere is perfect for children too.
