I highly recommend Tucson rolling shutters for any service. The team was on time and efficient Ricky, Chris B. and Mike did a great job setting up some blinds for my kids rooms. The different in the temperature (stays cooler) and the black out shades is amazing. Can’t wait to get more of these!
Don't waste your money. The screens are OK for a couple of years, it's the GLUE they use to bind the screen to the zipper that is useless. I've had to replace them THREE times, and probably spend over $20,000. And mine are the LIGHTEST screen. Not just one random screen has tron, but all of them. Do you think that Tucson Rolling Screens would stand by their product? NO. They charge full price every time for replacement. Last night, the rolling shutter on my back sliding glass door went out. I have a small dog and that door is my only access to the backyard. I have balance issues, so going out the front door and out to the backyard was difficult. This morning I called TRSS at 8am and left a message explaining my situation. Gia called me back within 10 minutes and said Belen would be in touch. Belen texted and said team would be out today. Mike at the Phoenix store was a massive help!!! I had a customer with a 13 year old Sun Shade that had a missing part, he was able to locate the part, and get it to me very promptly. Customer service was way above and beyond, Thank you!!!!
Guess they didn't want our business. We parked in "their" parking spot. Went and got an Italian ice from Jeremiah's. While getting Dad in the car and the AC on; out the door this man storms to chastise us for parking there. Threatening to have the car towed "next time I'll have you towed" I was going to come in the store to look around since we were interested in getting rolling shutters.
