We have been with Tucson Pool and Spa for 9 years and 3 creepy crawlers later. In the last 6 weeks I have repeatedly asked to have our service person, Ben do something to actually get the pool clean if that meant ordering additional parts. Nothing has happened and now pool season is here and so is mold.
