There Professional and Caring. Though I do wish they could provide transportation to and from the facility. Since it's a medical center, the feel the insurance can cover the gas or electric for the vehicle being used.
If I could give them 10 stars I would! I had a very complicated wound that home health was unable to take care of and TMC wound care got me back to my life again! They are angels! Smart ones!
The most unprofessional place you can go to they leave you sitting 20 minutes past your appointment while allowing multiple people to come in an hour or more late and when you ask how long it will be they tell you to wait or come back hours later some of us have lives and stuff to do if you value your time or have any self respect go elsewhere .
Can't ever get ahold of anybody here. Took it upon themselves to schedule and miss 2 appointments 2weeks in a row. Tried to contact staff to submit my phone number ,left several messages regarding my appointments and nothing. No call backs no reschedule. Nothing
