Unfortunately, ownership recently changed hands , it's now corporate/investor owned. Hence, the rents keep going up, up, up, and up. Few years ago, the rents were $500-$600 per month with water and garbage included -- not anymore. Beautiful park, but investors now fuel the rapid rent increases.
Stephanie is an excellent sales representative. She makes selling and buying mobile homes easy. Nice landscaping throughout park. Spaces for RV's are in the back of the park. There is a guardhouse at the entry with staff 24/7. Golf carts are popular on this property.
Retirement 55 and older well kept up outstanding people that live there staff is wonderful very prompt nice and quiet close to Manny stores restaurants variety of mobile homes for sale great prices
