I opted for a one time deep cleaning appointment. Francisca & her team arrived on time and completed a deep cleaning of my 3 bedroom 2 bath home in two hours! Their work was meticulous. The furniture and floors gleamed when they were finished. The women were respectful of my belongings. They were friendly & efficient. The the on-line booking procedure was easy to accomplish.I highly recommend Tucson Maids, and will be a return client. I
I will start with I was rushed when they arrived at the very end of their start window and I was not too kind at first. I was not disrespectful, just requested quickly for them to clean my office since I had a break during their entire arrival windows with only half an hour left to spare. The two women did a good job cleaning the house. This was a move-in cleaning job, so they cleaned a lot of things that I wouldn’t have thought about (outlet plates, light fixtures, etc.). They were there for over 3.5 hours and I’m happy with their work. The garage didn’t get swept which is one of the things they should've done. It’s not a problem, we can do that ourselves. There was also a miscommunication about cleaning the ovens. I had asked that they not clean them, but mistakenly assumed they'd still clean the microwave.... read more
