went on 12-19. door supposed to open at 6pm; opened at 615pm. Then another ten minute wait at ticket counter since no one to sell tickets. impressed by how patiently and politely people waited without complaining. many lights not working. a few LED christmas lights and a few other lights but nothing beyond that; nowhere near the 250,000 lights advertised. you can get your photo taken with santa or cinderalla. did not ride the train for extra payment. all together, negative experience; certainly not worth seven dollars

I am trying to find out if the venue is wheelchair accessible. I have sent emails, etc. and no response. Does anyone know?

This is going to be my 6 month old daughters first Christmas so we took her to the Tucson Lights event their opening night. My daughter loved all of the lights and music(which were sync'ed together in a pretty cool way) and she was excitedly bouncing and giggling the whole walk through. She was a little small for the pony rides or the jumping castle but my wife took her on the train ride and she got some great photos with "Santa".
