The staff used to be one of the best things about this place. Now some are just horrible to be around. It's embarrassing for Hop Shop, really, and that makes me sad. The older hairy bartender should learn how to treat people as humans and try to pretend at least that he wants to be there. Just sitting on your phone, ignoring customers, and being rude doesn't make the place feel good. Nonetheless, several of us have decided not to return. Hop just aint what it once was.
