I've been a member for about twenty years fully satisfied with the service and staff. Last week I hit a bump. I found out they have been charging me $5 per month for about a year for not using auto bill pay. I never signed up for it. They never notified me of a problem and other fees may have applied. I am looking into it and have gotten nowhere with management. I left banks for credit unions 40 years ago because they were pulling stunts like this. I may be taking my business elsewhere because of this nonsense.
Best Service I have been a member of Tucson Federal Credit Union for over 11 years now. I think they are the best banking institution in Tucson. The people make the difference. Their loans are competitive and the customer service is phenomenal.
