I went there and the owner guy jacob I belive was kind of snooty not very customer friendly service oriented and it seemed like everything takes a long time to get something done and waiting list and possibly high prices I didnt get the high review feel that had me go there in the first place 🤔 so 🤷 idk maybe there good but im not so sure.

Recently took my Segway scooter into TESE and had the best service done with knowledgeable staff with friendly service. I support small shops who know their line of work and Jacob and crew know exactly what they are doing. I could have taken my scooter to a local shop but I learned not all shops service accurately and safely. They used genuine parts and had them in stock. They treated my baby like their own. I will gladly drive the miles to get service with a smile.
