Recently took my Segway scooter into TESE and had the best service done with knowledgeable staff with friendly service. I support small shops who know their line of work and Jacob and crew know exactly what they are doing. I could have taken my scooter to a local shop but I learned not all shops service accurately and safely. They used genuine parts and had them in stock. They treated my baby like their own. I will gladly drive the miles to get service with a smile.
The team have been nothing less than perfect. I purchased an E bike, brought it back for service with a quick turn around. Thank you!
Wasted my time going all the way there for them to Refused me service, said my bike was too cheap and out dated barley sold me one part for double price honestly just felt like they didn’t care to try didn’t even point me in the right direction as to where I can get help what’s the point of being the “only ebike repair shop in Tucson” if your not gonna take on the jobs and clients that actually need the service
