If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve never seen a company so scammy. How are they stating I’m using more energy this year when I’ve purposely used less. I keep my A/C at 79-80 from 6am to 9-10pm, have a gas stove so that doesn’t contribute, hand wash most of my laundry, keep all windows and curtains closed, hardly use the TV, utilize fans for cooler air, and have a brick home covered with stucco.
