Drove all the way down to talk to a person dropp off papers to be told I have to do in person this is to much building to not have a place to talk to a in person customer service smh and a armed guard at the door really what's really going on here
Tucson Electric Power has been extremely disappointing to deal with, and it’s frustrating that there are no real alternatives for electric service in Tucson. The level of customer service is unacceptable—representatives are often rude, provide inconsistent information, and fail to follow through on what they say.
