Horrible Company they would rather shut disabled elderly people off then to try to work a payment arrangement so they could keep their power on and the bills keep getting higher and higher.
I never leave reviews ever unless it’s from a good experience or a bad experience. Today was an amazing experience with TEP. I lost my job of almost 15 years over a month ago. Unfortunately on my part I wasn’t able to make my last two payments and I had a disconnect notice. Thankfully my wife is helping out in the meantime and I submitted a future payment for the past due balance. They don't even deserve 1 star. The cost is unreasonably high. Worst customer service. They have access to extremely minimal information and can't really help with anything. Not sure what they actually do besides take your money. It's unfortunate that this is the only electric option around.
Is there some secret way to get someone to answer the phone over there???
