TEP is is great when I first signed up for an account about a year in a half. Ago Customer service was great they helped me setup the account also helped with the discounts everything went smooth. I pay my bill online. It only takes a few minutes and clicks. Than you can go back to check if the transaction went threw. This is better than mail service and faster G with TEP
Tucson Electric Power has been very reliable. Very few service outages - storms or vehicle accidents affecting infrastructure. Only one in 2025 beyond an hour to fix. I have lived all over the world and appreciate our dependable electric power.
