TEP said they would charge me extra for not getting a smart meter, claiming the fee was for someone having to come out and read the meter each month. That turned out not to be true — no one has come by monthly to read anything.
Excellent Service
This should be a public utility. TEP is garbage, and their rates are out of control.
I cant even use the free charger with out the 3 same people that uses it consistently no matter what time it is .. it needs to stop .
