Horrible experience! Appointment time was 3:00pm and they did not call us back until 4:08pm and after taking us back there was never an apology for being so incredibly behind. I will never go back to Tucson ears, nose and throat. Would love to write a positive review, I called with an emergency on January 2nd (severe vertigo, headache and nausea), they were kind enough to "fit me in" on February 18th. Still looking for an organization takes emergency needs seriously. Urgent Care and ER will not deal with these issues - had already tried that and was sent to ENT.

I was kept waiting for over an hour and a half with a severe sinus infection. I paid my $60 co-pay and was blessed with Dr. Dean's presence for an entire 15 minutes (cumulatively). Even though Tucson ENT was a part of my insurance network, I received a bill for $120 a month later because the doctor had stuck a scope up my nose. I paid it. It is now 2 YEARS LATER and I just got another bill for $90 because Humana (my insurance company) had audited their charges. This should be their problem, not mine.
