I had Todd do over $70,000 worth of landscaping and hardscaping in both front and back yards. The work he did is quite good. However, after spending all of that money, he essentially "ghosted" me, and would not return emails or text messages. I try to judge people on what they say they will do, vs. what they actually do. He ended up making promises that he never fulfilled. I would have given a 5 star review, were it not for his unprofessional behavior, towards the end of our dealings. Truly a pity.

Todd did a pre-purchaseinspectionof a home I purchased. I didn't agree with his evaluation. He is willing to stop by and provide insightas to how he reached his assessment. I will re-evaluate after we meet. He seems to be a very conscientiousand honest person. At this time I am not able to modify the One Star rating. I would like to change it to Four Star
