I didn’t even get to establish care here they took FOREVER to reach out to me by email mind you, and took forever to respond i tried calling here multiple times to get through to someone and no one answered or returned a call. don’t waste your time trying to establish care here if your looking for immediate help by time they got back to me on finding a therapist they said never mind that person isn’t good for you and gave me to someone else even FURTHER booked out and outside my availability.
Most unprofessional office/business I’ve ever seen and dealt with in my life. I had to personally call them three times just to get an appointment after I was told they would call me back. They then set an appointment and when I showed up, the office was locked, and there was not one person there. Incredibly unacceptable and just an overall scummy business. Don’t go here people!
