Showed up early, very friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Would recommend without hesitation.
Marco was not only on time got our appointment, but was even available earlier! He was extremely kind and professional and went above and beyond the repair I needed. He vacuumed after he repaired! Thank you, Marco! Would definitely call him again!!!
Marco responded quickly to my initial online inquiry and I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days (it could have been sooner but I had conflicts). He explained why my carpet was pulling away from the transition strip and promptly fixed the issue. Price was reasonable--much cheaper than buying new carpet! I would use this company again.
Marco did a fantastic job repairing two spots on my carpet that were ruined. I can’t even tell he put new carpet in, it looks seamless. Very pleased with the outcome
