Professional, polite and skilled. Made easy work of our project. So pleased.
We were very impressed by Jorge and his level of work. He was very willing to accommodate us in so many ways, including helping us when we weren't able to be onsite. Jorge's excellent work shined through in the detail he put into the installation and in making everything perfect. Jorge definitely showed a strong "customer first" approach throughout the project. I would highly recommend Jorge for any of your shutters and blinds needs.
This company does not have a store. The "address " is a UPS store. The owner and sole full-time employee makes house calls for sales and installation. Despite not having a store front, he has a full selection of window treatments. The blinds for my new construction 3000 square feet home were installed 2 weeks after the order date. Bottom line, if you can order from sample books and don't need a showroom, good service and reasonable prices and support a local business.
Jorge from Tucson Blinds & Shutters did an excellent job providing important details on each version of the blinds the company offers to help us make an informed decision. Once ordered, he was great at updates along the way and patient with our contractor delay in window installation/staining. The blinds installation was smooth and we love the automation/ability to control via Bluetooth. Thank you so much Jorge!
Excellent customer service, quality, and product options. That is definitely a reflection of George who is the owner. He was communicating with me all the way through the process. Very positive, respectful and definitely knowledgeable. I will only use this business going forward. Not calling him is a missed opportunity.
