I highly recommend Kevin and his crew for a hot air balloon experience! They were all friendly and professional. I felt 100% safe at all times. They explained everything to us all along the way. It was clear that they really knew what they were doing. The flight was beautiful and the brunch box we received afterwards was better than I anticipated. It was fun to sit with our group and eat, drink and chat. Don't delay! Mark this off your bucket list now!
Incredible experience! Everyone was great and friendly and can’t forget the sense of humor. Soft perfect landing, thank you for such a wonderful adventure. All smiles and would do it again; highly recommend. The brunch and toast was refreshing 🤗😁❣️
Our first Balloon ride...Kevin and his team were amazing! From meeting up with the group to the end of our day everything was very well planned, organized and we were well taken care of. The ride was so gentle and peaceful with great views of the desert. Kevin was a super tour guide and was able to answer our questions as well as preparing us for the "smooth" landing! We loved it!! Communication prior to balloon ride was great so we knew exactly what to do. Kevin and crew were very efficient and friendly. Our trip had to be cancelled the first day, but we were able to reschedule for the very next morning. Kevin answered any question we asked. When we landed after a beautiful, relaxing flight, Joey set up a wonderful brunch with mimosas that we all enjoyed. Of course we all loved the homemade muffins!
