We loved it!! Communication prior to balloon ride was great so we knew exactly what to do. Kevin and crew were very efficient and friendly. Our trip had to be cancelled the first day, but we were able to reschedule for the very next morning. Kevin answered any question we asked. When we landed after a beautiful, relaxing flight, Joey set up a wonderful brunch with mimosas that we all enjoyed. Of course we all loved the homemade muffins! What an amazing experience from start to finish! Kevin was an extremely knowledgeable and friendly pilot. Joey and setup crew were pleasant and helpful. The balloon ride itself was so serene and calm. I got so many gorgeous photos of the Tucson sunrise. I felt safe the whole time. If you’re questioning whether you should book this balloon ride, do it! Such a unique, memorable experience!
