RecommendedCustomer service was awesome we went somewhere else to check And the person just gave me bad vibes and was telling me you can’t be using cheap soap I use tide I didn’t like the way he was talking to me or my daughter s and it was going to take 2 weeks to deliver so we went back to Tucson appliance I love the idea that all the salesman were out in the front and you can sit down and talk to them got my washer and dryer delivered on Monday they called me at nine saying they would be at my house between one and 3 PM. So so so happy with my new refrigerator from Tucson Appliance Company! Got a great deal. Dustin helped me out. Didn’t think we could get so much fridge for such a cheap price. I love that this place is no frills. Just solid appliances and no fakery. And you can talk with a real human if you have any issues. Had a terrible experience x2 with Worst Buy and Tucson Appliance Company made up for that bad experience. It was so amazing to get my fridge delivered next day and on time. Thank you so much!

As far as I’m concerned there is no place better to buy appliances in Tucson. Brian was knowledgeable, and very friendly. I had a fridge go out with renters and they brought out a replacement within the same day! Why go to a box store where you have to wait up to two weeks when you can get a great deal on a fridge and support local business at the same time! Five stars from my initial inquiry to the delivery of the unit. Very reasonable prices as well!! I am a very happy customer!
Drove down from San Tan Valley to pick up prefect scratch and dent washer and dryer! Always an amazing experience being treated like family! Try getting deals and treatment like this in a big box store, you can’t!
