History Established in 1948. Tucoemas Federal Credit Union's roots in Tulare County stretch back to 1948 when nine original members pooled their savings to create our credit union. We've grown steadily since and now offer accounts, real estate loans, auto loans, personal loans and more through four California branches in Visalia, Tulare and Porterville.

I started using your services in late 2020. Prices are excellent, even though certain products are promoted and incentivized more than others in comparison to previous years. Good customer service, but things went somewhat worse for a while during the pandemic (staff shortage), but things have since improved again. Best wishes for everything!
I have been a member since 2002, I have always loved the ladies in Tucoemas. Today I had Vivian in the Tulare office! She is the sweetest and on top of everything I needed to handle today! Thank you Girl!!!♡
Vivian did a wonderful job helping me. She was so kind and had a genuine smile on her face. She asked me how my day was and seemed to actually care. All I needed was to deposit money, but ended up having a wonderful time connecting with Vivian at the Tulare Tucoemas branch.
I am writing this review on behalf of my mother who has been a member for as long as I can remember--like since the 90's. On Friday 8/2, she attempted to make a withdrawal of $500 at the ATM. The machine, however, did not dispense the cash and displayed an error message that read, "Cannot dispense cash," and printed a receipt showing $500 was deducted from her balance. In December, we opened a Tucoemas savings account. We had no trouble transferring money from our local bank into the account, and the account opening process was simple. We have had no problems at all transferring money into our brokerage account with a different stock trading company. We had no trouble opening the account when we just opened a Certificate Deposit.
