This is the worst bank around. I go in to fight with these people every so many months the act like you dropped the ball when it’s them and there lazy staff and managers all the way to the top. This bank is a joke! If You have a dispute or complaint or need to talk to a person you can’t because they do not have 24-hour access to talk to somebody or Get your problem resolved.
The female at the Tulare branch is VERY RUDE. I won’t bank there because of her rude attitude.
