Waited a week for him to even contact our warranty coverage policy. Found out no claim or call was ever received. He did not return any of our calls or text messages. We are full time RV and a week is way to long to wait for a RV black tank valve to be replaced.
This man is a liar and a crook. Consumer BEWARE. He is completely dishonest, does substandard, shoddy work. We had to hire an attorney to get satisfaction. Look elsewhere for quality workmanship and honesty.
