Absolutely awful place. Do not recommend. Therapists left me crying after sessions and they bounced me around from therapist to therapist.

I don’t even know where to begin. There is so much to unpack; but I will try and be the minimalist I aspire to be. I have so much respect and trust in this place. My daughter and I both utilize services here. Everyone here is so pleasant and things are explained well that you don’t ever have to wonder about anything. Fees, appointments, services etc.. edit: My 1st appt with the 3rd therapist was very good, and they responded. As great as the receptionist is, my personal experience has been a bit of a nightmare in a setting where this sort of thing really shouldn't happen. Call it bad luck, but here's what has happened: 1. First therapist, after my initial appointment, is on leave. 2. 2nd therapist decided they didn't want to do in-person therapy (let's be honest, in-person is far superior for many reasons). 3. 3rd therapist was not able to see me in-person, same day they ... read more

I have been coming to Tuckerville since 2019. It has been the best decision I have made for myself. My mental states is much better since I decided to come to this facility. Dr. Tima is the best. My experience with her has ALWAYS been pleasant and she helped me in ways no one has ever done before. My daughter even visits her and my daughter absolutely adores Dr. Tima and so do I. We LOVE her in our household. She is family oriented, flexible, and extremely helpful. She has events that caters to families or anyone in need.
