Here is the issue I have encountered: I scheduled an appointment, and was initially informed that my insurance was not accepted, which was acceptable to me as I was prepared to pay out of pocket. Absolutely awful place. Do not recommend. Therapists left me crying after sessions and they bounced me around from therapist to therapist.
I don’t even know where to begin. There is so much to unpack; but I will try and be the minimalist I aspire to be. I have so much respect and trust in this place. My daughter and I both utilize services here. Everyone here is so pleasant and things are explained well that you don’t ever have to wonder about anything. Fees, appointments, services etc.. edit: My 1st appt with the 3rd therapist was very good, and they responded. As great as the receptionist is, my personal experience has been a bit of a nightmare in a setting where this sort of thing really shouldn't happen. Call it bad luck, but here's what has happened: 1. First therapist, after my initial appointment, is on leave. 2. 2nd therapist decided they didn't want to do in-person therapy (let's be honest, in-person is far superior for many reasons). 3. 3rd therapist was not able to see me in-person, same day they ... read more
