SUPURB - FOOD-SERVICE My gentleman friend and i took my brother and sister-in-law to dinner for their birthdays. THE SERVICE FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED INTO THE PLACE UNTIL THE TIME I LEFT, I WAS EXTREMELY THRILLED. WE ALL MET FOR AN EARLY DINNER AND WAS SEATED RIGHT AWAY. Customer service non existant My husband, myself and our son stopped in during a weekday for lunch. Not many people there so we figured great we would be in and out in no time. Well we stood at the sign that said "please wait to be seated" for several minutes while the employees just stared and walk around and conversed with each other. We finally asked should we seat ourselves and the said no someone will sit you in a second. Few minutes later someone sat us and told us our server would be there in a minute. 15 minutes late... read more
