I validate what everyone who has left a 1 star review has said - Duane seemed normal over the phone regarding a time sensitive cleaning and gave me a fair price. Day of he had to cancel our 9am so we rescheduled for noon as I needed to place cleaned before my friends arrived to stay with me the next day, which I told him. He unfortunately took me referring to my friends as "my guests" as me renting out my tiny studio as an Airbnb and sent me an aggressive message cancelling on me. Need your place actually cleaned? Where and when Duane (the main guy at this joke of a “business”) said he’d be there? Run. Run. Run away. Something doesn’t add up. Duane was super friendly and warm and responsive when I reached out last minute after another cleaner fell through—saying, pleasantly and professionally, that he’d be happy to take care of me and understood it was a time-sensitive matter. Absolutely did not show up after confirming the night before. I called him and there’s no voicemail set up. Seemed sketchy so I started reading his reviews and seems this is common behavior for him. Do not book him!!
Completely irresponsible. Was always late and sometimes never bothered to show up. Don’t waste your time
