I purchased a new GE washing machine 9/02/2025 from Tuckers Appliance in Jonesboro Arkansas. I paid for delivery and setup. My first wash the machine was shaking and noisy (like a car engine knocking). So I called Tuckers Appliance to complain and they sent a service technician out. After the technician assessment he said the installers did not level the machine properly. Called Tuckers Appliance a week after being told they couldn't do anything about the ext. warranty company not being able to get a repairman to fix our stove. Found a representative that helped. I was told they would stand behind the ext. warranty. They would make some calls and send their repairman out to fix the problem.

Purchased an electric stove along with a 5yr. warranty. The stove has a problem with the warming pad not shutting off. Called the warranty that Tuckers sells in June. Call twice in August and still waiting. Called Tuckers and was told it's out of their hands. Will be filing a complaint with BBB for refund on warranty.

I bought a scratch and dent refrigerator 3 months ago. I was told that it was new but they had to add freon because it left the factory without enough and that when that happens they can't sell it as a new one. That was a lie. They knew the refrigerator had issues. They had tried to fix the place the freon was leaking but they did not fix it correctly. Here I am three months after I bought it and it doesn't work.
