Completely incompetent I had recently purchased four stock chrome rims for my 1998 Ranger. (185,000 miles) They were pristine in every way so off I went to Dobbs in St Peters and purchased four new Goodyear Wranglers. Dobbs did a fantastic job and the ride was as smooth as glass on the highway. It was one week later that I made the mistake of asking Tucker Tire to turn the tires inside out to hide the raised white letters and of course, rebalance everything. I RECEIVED VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY! I AM NOT SURE IF THE OLD BALD GUY WAS HAVING A BAD DAY OR WHAT. HOWEVER, AFTER I HANDED OVER MY CREDIT CARD FOR $783.00, THIS OLD MAN THROWS MY CREDIT CARD ON THE COUNTER INSTEAD OF PLACING IT BACK IN MY HAND!
