Definitely need someone in the office to answer phone calls. At different times on different days for different reasons my Nana and I have called to talk to someone about her prescriptions, appointments, ect. And we always reach the voicmail. We leave a message and never receive a call back. Other than that, we have not had a problem.

So happy to know I have Dr. Tucker and his staff taking care of my medical needs. He always takes time to listen and explain in detail any questions I may have. His nurses and staff are always professional, friendly and follow up with me if or when anything changes in my medical care. I trust him and his nurse with my health and my families. I strongly recommend Dr. Tucker.
I literally love this office everyone there is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I am so grateful I found the right doctor for me.
