Horrible service. I needed service for a gas hot water heater. The technician opened the cover and announced that there was nothing he could do but replace the entire unit for $8300. Then he tried to charge me $169 for “diagnostics” when he didn’t diagnose anything. I did not pay. The next plumbing company responded within the hour and repaired it for $205. I will never call this company again.
Andrew was very helpful and courteous. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything.
Michael was fast, efficient and friendly. Assessed the problem, then provided me with options. Additionally, he offered to do a complementary water heater flush today, but I was unable to clear the area due to time constraints. Will Definitely be using Tucker Hill again!
