Top notch customer service he knows his trade went over all my work projects explained everything to the tee . Gave me written estimates went over everything. Dishonest. I fell for their first scam when they disconnected my water tank due to a “fire hazard” and told me I had to pay them $3k on the spot for a new one. But when they later quoted $9k to “fix” my 4-year-old AC unit, I got suspicious. Called another company and the total came to $175.
I am so lucky that I found this plumbing company. I had a different company come out the day before, which did not fix any of my plumbing issues. We even had to have him return , before he had driven a way, because the 3rd bathroom was still not draining. Today I called Tucker Hill plumbing and they unclogged three bathrooms. Brandon was the tech that they sent out and he was great, He explained everything and was very professional. I would give Brandon a 5+ rating.
