It’s all relative
On Friday, 9 January at around 10:50 AM, I went to collect my order. An Asian male staff member flat-out refused to give me my order, saying “you don’t look like you”. This comment was offensive, unprofessional, and completely out of line. He then argued with me and demanded I show personal identity documents such as my driver’s licence or passport. I did a Uber Eats order for a recipe I was doing. I was Half way through recipe. I realised I didn’t receive CREAM. Tried ringing for 45mins. And couldn’t get through. Ended up having to order for Atwell IGA and had to PAID $9.95. Didn’t even give me alternative product. I would like someone from IGA to reply.
