I love it! The owner shows that she truly cares and loves helping people have a healthy lifestyle. She puts a lot of effort and money into the gym. Love the equipment, super clean, never crowded. She's a great trainer and this one's is by far my favorite gym.

Love working out here! Never crowded, never busy, always friendly people. Love that I can work out whenever I want. Sometimes it's kinda dirty and dusty, but otherwise, it's great! My husband is signing up for a membership this week as well! So you know we love it!

Went to get a tour and stood at the front desk for quite a while. I finally noticed the small ringer for service (really should be on the desk where you notice it). A kid who was just sitting on his phone across the way and could clearly see me walked over and gave me a lackluster tour. Then I asked about prices and he couldn't figure out what it was, so he had to call his boss... but asked me what my questions were again. Visiting town and cheap and easy drop in! Large space, decent equipment options, and clean. Only recommendation is for the mopping to be done late at night to avoid heavy chemical smell while lifting. Otherwise great workout!
