I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever dealt with on the back end of a dealership. To be fair, Joel was a solid salesperson—he was responsive and helpful throughout the initial process. I bought a Chevy bolt 2021 and was very disappointed and upset how they lie I specifically asked to see what’s wrong with the car and was told nothing wrong Car gone through a major repair like it was in a major accident ( they had a report saying car wasn’t in accident), won’t charge past 80% and not compatible with fast charging which you would think they would let you know but apparently they don’t think this is not an issue, there are many dings and gaps in between panels and bumpers, front tire scraping front number ( w... read more
