You are completely incompetent. You did not follow Illinois laws by removing all of my belongings out of my storage unit without written notice or newspaper notice your facility is always open wide open at night during the day. You are a horrible, horrible company to allow individuals to keep their belongings in your keep if I was any individual, I would remove all of my things out of your storage unit and put them somewhere else for the safety of your goods.
